Resizing the pages in a PDF document come in handy when the user wants to add borders, add a binding strip or include scaled drawings to the document. The user will utilize the "page setup" option to modify the PDF document. It is highly recommended to make a copy of the document and save it in the event resizing does not execute as planned.

The free PDF editor has the ability to resize a 24"x36" drawing to an 11"x17". It is an easy task and is ideal for creating a bid or permitting document, a preliminary review document or a set of hard copies for the archive. The page size will remain the as chosen and the image will be adjusted to fit according to the chosen specifications. This will involve removing any borders and adding the borders back to the revised PDF document.

The resizing option is helpful for marketing purposes and designing brochures. The individual drawings can be resized, as necessary, to illustrate the content of the brochures or booklets. The pages can be mixed and matched to accomplish the purpose of the publication.
